2026 Exhibitor Information

On behalf of the Louisiana Gastroenterology Society, I would like to invite you to participate as an exhibitor at the upcoming 2026 LGS/ACG meetings to be held in New Orleans Friday, March 6 through Sunday, March 8, 2026 at the Hilton Hotel Riverside New Orleans. We are thrilled to welcome the 2026 Endoscopy School to New Orleans this year! In addition to our LGS/ACG annual meeting, the ACG’s Endoscopy School, will be held on Friday, March 6 at the Hilton adjacent to our ACG/LGS meeting space. The expected attendance for the courses is again around 200 practicing gastroenterologists, advance practice providers, and trainees. We will again have a poster and case presentations from Louisiana training programs attracting medical students, residents, fellows.  This information can be found on our LGS website.

Again this year, there are also several options for industry and supporters to participate in the 2026 meetings. We will be offering exhibit space for both meetings for a fee of $ 3,500 that includes 3 days of exhibit during the conference (option A). This will allow exhibitors to set up their exhibit space Thursday afternoon (March 5) and exhibit until the LGS/ACG course concludes on Sunday. The second option, option B, is to exhibit only for the LGS/ACG regional course with set up on Friday, March 6 between 4:45 p.m.-5:30 p.m. and a $ 3,000 fee. As with previous years, an exhibit contract and exhibit fee can be paid on our website, www.lagisoc.org. Exhibit space will be assigned on a first come, first paid basis.

Our first LGS member crawfish boil  last year was a huge hit highlighting Louisiana food and fun in the French Quarter-immediately making this a new tradition! New in 2026 is an exclusive sponsorship opportunity for industry to sponsor this fun event and kicking off the weekend with LGS members and course faculty! This exhibit opportunity (Option C) includes recognition and signage at the crawfish boil and on the exhibit floor and LGS staff will work with you to co-brand the crawfish boil to highlight your company support.
