2025 Exhibitor Information
December 1, 2024
On behalf of the Louisiana Gastroenterology Society, I would like to invite you to participate as an exhibitor at the upcoming 2025 LGS/ACG meetings to be held in New Orleans Friday, March 14 through Sunday, March 16, 2025 at the Doubletree Hotel New Orleans. We are thrilled to welcome the 2025 ACG Women’s Leadership Course to New Orleans this year! In addition to our LGS/ACG annual meeting, the Women’s Leadership Course, Leading With Guts: Women Shaping the Future of Gastroenterology, will be held on Friday, March 14 at the DoubleTree hotel. The expected attendance for the courses is again around 200 practicing gastroenterologists, advance practice providers, and trainees. We will again have a poster and case presentations from Louisiana training programs.
There are also several new options to participate in the 2025 meetings. We will be offering exhibit space for both meetings for a fee of $ 3,500 that includes 3 days of exhibit during the conference. This will allow exhibitors to set up their exhibit space Thursday afternoon (March 13) and exhibit until the LGS/ACG course concludes on Sunday. The second option available is to exhibit only for the LGS/ACG regional course with set up will be limited to 4:45 p.m.-5:30 p.m. on Friday for $ 3,000 fee. As with previous years, an exhibit contract and exhibit fee can be paid on our website, www.lagisoc.org. The DoubleTree exhibit space is limited and exhibit space will be assigned on a first come, first paid basis.
Our LGS membership dinner on Friday night is changing this year as we gather our members for a crawfish boil in the French Quarter. Course faculty and LGS members are invited to attend as a benefit to their annual membership. This year we are offering tickets to our industry partners. If you are interested in attending the crawfish boil, please purchase tickets on the website (coming soon www.lagisoc.org). The crawfish boil also provides unique opportunities for industry to sponsor live music, custom made cups, crawfish bibs, water bottles, featured cocktail, beer or any number of unique add-ons. If you’d like to discuss ways you can support the crawfish boil and increase your company visibility, please contact Laura (laura@lagisoc.org) to discuss.
We appreciate your continued support and look forward to our 2025 ACG/LGS meeting in New Orleans in March. If you need any further information or additional documentation to complete your registration, please contact Laura Bell (laura@lagisoc.org) or Caitlin Garner (caitlin@lagisoc.org).
Sincerely,
