2027 Exhibitor Information

On behalf of the Louisiana Gastroenterology Society, I am pleased to invite you to exhibit at the 2027 LGS/ACG meetings, to be held Friday, March 19 through Sunday, March 21, 2027, at the Higgins Hotel in New Orleans.

This is an especially exciting year for our society as we celebrate our 25th anniversary. We are planning a special meeting to honor the gastroenterology community and recognize the remarkable contributions of our members and partners.

We are also thrilled to welcome the ACG’s Metabolic School to New Orleans. In addition to our LGS/ACG annual meeting, the Metabolic School will take place on Friday, March 19, at the Higgins. Obesity medicine is my passion, and I am delighted to co-lead these courses. We expect approximately 200 attendees, including practicing gastroenterologists, advanced practice providers, and trainees. The meeting will once again feature poster and case presentations from Louisiana training programs, drawing medical students, residents, and fellows. More details are available on the LGS website.

We are offering a range of opportunities and support levels for industry partners to participate in the 2027 meetings. New this year:

• Concurrent product theatres, held on Saturday during an extended lunch period. Our industry partners have told us that product theatres are an excellent way to engage with attendees, so we have expanded this offering. Space is limited.
• A BINGO program for Silver, Gold, and Platinum exhibitors.
• Advertising space in our 25th anniversary commemorative booklet.

As in previous years, the exhibit contract and fee can be completed online at www.lagisoc.org. Exhibit space will be assigned on a first-come, first-paid basis.  If you have any questions, please contact Laura Bell at laura@lagisoc.org to discuss availability or ideas you may have that are not listed in our exhibitor prospectus.
